Positives

Very lightweight and quiet, great for web surfing, boots up quickly, solid speakers and web camera.

Negatives

Display is not the greatest, OS is limited, small onboard storage.

Bottom Line

Samsung ARM Series 3 Chromebook XE303C12-A01UK is definitely not for everybody. If you are searching for a multipurpose laptop, you might want to skip this one. However, if you’re looking for a cheap laptop for web browsing, watching videos and movies on the go, writing and editing a few documents here and there, then Samsung ARM Series 3 is the perfect choice for you. Keep in mind that you can’t install everything you want on this laptop, as it uses Google’s Chrome OS, which doesn’t have too many available applications.
